This page explains what we do with the details you send us, in plain language. The short version is that we use them to reply to you about your enquiry and nothing else.

What we collect
We only collect what you type into the contact form on this website. Nothing else on the site asks you for personal details.
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you give one
- The property address or zip code, when you are asking for an estimate
- The service you are asking about, the rough property size and how you would prefer us to reply
- Whatever you write in the notes or question box
- Whether you ticked the consent box
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to work out whether your property is somewhere we can get to, to price the job, and to arrange a time to come and look at it.
We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not send marketing you did not ask for, and we do not use your details to build a profile of you.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell your details, we do not rent them, and we do not pass them to other contractors or advertisers.
The only exception is where we are legally required to hand something over, for example in response to a valid legal request.
How it is stored
Form submissions are saved in a private database that hosts this website. Only people who run this business can see them.
No payment details are ever taken through this site, so none are stored.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that turn into work are kept as part of our normal business records. Enquiries that come to nothing are removed once they are clearly no longer active.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own, and there is no third-party advertising code on it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct something that is wrong, or to delete it entirely. Send the request through the contact form and we will deal with it.
Withdrawing your consent is as simple as telling us to stop. It will not affect anything we have already lawfully done with the details up to that point.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
